中国文化产业进入东盟市场的可行性

中国与东盟各国的人文背景相通,民族语言互通,在宗教信仰上相同或相似,生计方式互补,文学艺术相互渗透.若借助上述有利的人文条件,可以顺利地将中国文化产业推向东南亚各国,获得可观的经济效益.困难之处在于上述各国大多存在着较为尖锐的民族对立,政治体制与宗教政策差异较大,展开此类商贸活动,很难获得各国官方的认可和全力支持.此外,上述各国对中国侨民的政策差异甚大,一些国家对华侨抱有偏见.因此,最好采用民间文化交流方式或通过私营企业渠道推进我国文化产业发展.     

Review on signal-by-wire and power-by-wire actuation for more electric aircraft

The huge and rapid progress in electric drives offers new opportunities to improve the performances of aircraft at all levels:fuel burn,environmental footprint,safety,integration and production,serviceability,and maintainability.Actuation for safety-critical applications like flight-controls,landing gears,and even engines is one of the major consumers of non-propulsive power.Conventional actuation with centralized hydraulic power generation and distribution and control of power by throttling has been well established for decades,but offers a limited potential of evolution.In this context,electric drives become more and more attractive to remove the natural drawbacks of conventional actuation and to offer new opportunities for improving performance.This paper takes the stock,at both the signal and power levels,of the evolution of actuation for safety-critical applications in aerospace.It focuses on the recent advances and the remaining chal lenges to be taken toward full electrical actuation for commercial and military aircraft,helicopters,and launchers.It logically starts by emphasizing the specificity of safety-critical actuation for aero space.The following section addresses in details the evolution of aerospace actuation from mechanically-signaled and hydraulically-supplied to all electric,with special emphasis on research and development programs and on solutions entered into service.Finally,the last section reviews the challenges to be taken to generalize the use of all-electric actuators for future aircraft programs.     

Advances in critical technologies for hypersonic and high-enthalpy wind tunnel

Hypersonic and high-enthalpy wind tunnels and their measurement techniques are the cornerstone of the hypersonic flight era that is a dream for human beings to fly faster, higher and further. The great progress has been achieved during the recent years and their critical technologies are still in an urgent need for further development. There are at least four kinds of hypersonic and high-enthalpy wind tunnels that are widely applied over the world and can be classified according to their operation modes. These wind tunnels are named as air-directly-heated hypersonic wind tunnel, light-gas-heated shock tunnel, free-piston-driven shock tunnel and detonation-driven shock tunnel, respectively. The critical technologies for developing the wind tunnels are introduced in this paper, and their merits and weakness are discussed based on wind tunnel performance evaluation. Measurement techniques especially developed for high-enthalpy flows are a part of the hypersonic wind tunnel technology because the flow is a chemically reacting gas motion and its diagnosis needs specially designed instruments. Three kinds of the measurement techniques considered to be of primary importance are introduced here, including the heat flux sensor, the aerodynamic balance, and optical diagnosis techniques. The techniques are developed usually for conventional wind tunnels, but further improved for hypersonic and high-enthalpy tunnels. The hypersonic ground test facilities have provided us with most of valuable experimental data on high-enthalpy flows and will play a more important role in hypersonic research area in the future. Therefore, several prospects for developing hypersonic and high-enthalpy wind tunnels are presented from our point of view.

Progress of continuously rotating detonation engines

Continuously rotating detonation engine (CRDE) is a focus for concern in the field of aerospace propulsion. It has several advantages, including one-initiation, high thermal efficiency and simple structure. Due to these characteristics, it is expected to bring revolutionary advance-ments to aviation and aerospace propulsion systems and now has drawn much attention throughout the world. In this paper, an overview of the development of CRDE is given from several aspects:basic concepts, applications, experimental studies, numerical simulations, and so on. Representative results and outstanding contributions are summarized and the unresolved issues for further engi-neering applications of CRDE are provided.     

金融服务滞后产业发展的成因及对策——以航空业为例

分析了在战略产业发展过程中金融业服务滞后的各种表现，从战略产业经济结构调整本身、风险约束和金融宏观政策传导三个方面剖析了金融服务滞后的原因。以民用航空制造业的发展为例，用博弈论对金融在支持战略产业发展过程中的两难状况作了理论和实证分析，提出金融支持战略产业的发展是金融发展的最优选择的观点。最后从金融体系、资金投入和金融服务等方面提出相应的对策建议。     

The comprehensive aerospace index (CASI): Tracking the economic performance of the aerospace industry

In this paper, we described the Comprehensive AeroSpace Index (CASI), a financial index aimed at representing the economic performance of the aerospace industry. CASI is build upon a data set of approximately 20 years of daily close prices set, from January 1987 to June 2007, from a comprehensive sample of leading aerospace-related companies with stocks negotiated on the New York Exchange (NYSE) and on the over-the-counter (OTC) markets. We also introduced the sub-indices CASI-AERO, for aeronautical segment, and CASI-SAT, for satellite segment, and considered the relation between them. These three indices are compared to others aerospace indices and to more traditional general financial indices like DJIA, S&P500 and Nasdaq. Our results have shown that the CASI is an index that describes very well the aerospace sector behavior, since it is able to reflect the aeronautical segment comportment as well as the satellite one. Therefore, in this sense, it can be considered as a representative index of the aerospace sector. Moreover, the creation of two sub-indices, the CASI-AERO and the CASI-SAT, allows to elucidate capital movements within the aerospace sector, particularly those of speculative nature, like the dot.com bubble and crash of 1998–2001.     

整合辽宁省航空产业资源,推动产业链全面振兴增值

结合辽宁省航空产业基础雄厚的现实条件,针对产业布局分散、产业整合度较低等具体问题,经过充分调查研究和对比论证,总结了全省航空产业资源的优势与不足,综合论述了辽宁省航空产业资源的整合必要性和可行性,结合沈阳国家民用航空高技术产业基地的建设和"五点一线"战略的实施,提出了尽早规划、与国有企业合作、加强自主创新能力建设、加强省部合作等建议.     

我国静脉产业发展的投融资问题与对策探讨

发展静脉产业对于改造或调控现行物质流模式，提高资源和能源的利用效率，形成资源和能源的高效物质循环模式具有重要意义。本文基于我国静脉产业的发展现状，针对静脉产业发展的投融资问题进行了分析，提出了相应的对策和模式建议，为我国静脉产业发展在投融资方面提供了一定的借鉴。
